Dr. Lynn has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 organizations through growth, restructuring, culture change, and performance transformation. She has a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning and a master’s in Organizational Psychology, and brings both rigor and practicality to create space for leaders to think more strategically about their role, impact, and legacy.
