West Point Project Day

 
 

Dr. Williams had the opportunity to mentor three students for West Point Project Day. This is the culminating event during their final semester of the final year. This group focused on building a resilience resource and journal for incoming cadets. These unique opportunities continue to be some of the highlights of our year.

Our consultants at Legacy were recently certified for the Hogan Personality Suite and Driv Assessment to administer executive assessments for our coaching clients. Legacy finished the first phase of our journey with Young Life on the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging. These trainings have focused on how to create sustainable processes that continue to foster inclusive environments and promote equity amongst their teams.
